Lender Update: Jumbo loans are currently on lock down too – as many banks are shying away from that price point. To obtain a mortgage your Credit Scores must be at 700 and 20% is needed for the down payment. There are loan products that offer some downpayment assistnace and work arounds so it’s best to check with several lenders and shop for your home loan.
