3D Tours, Virtual Tours & Virtual Staging has taken Selling Real Estate during the time of Covid to a whole new level. Virtual Tours were already common practice prior to Covid, but the 3D Tour is fast making itself indispensable. With concerns over the virus, 3D Tours are the perfect match for this situation. Buyers can see the entire home from the comfort of their home. They say pictures are worth a thousand words – Here are some of my favorite 3D Tours I’ve done with the help of The 3D Pros:

Owner Occupied Homes can no longer be physically staged during Shelter in Place; however, Virtual Staging allows a Buyer to get an idea of how a room could look, while also seeing the original space – all from the comfort of their home. It minimizes exposure and though that WOW factor is lost when you walk in; safety is so much more important. Here are some of my favorite transformations:
To be frank, during the time of Covid – a vacant home is the safest route to sell. If buying before you sell is not possible; we suggest stepping out for the weekend on a quick trip to leave the home available for the first few days on the market. So that it can be shown easily and safely.
However, if you need to stay at home – owner occupied homes are also on the market – and Virtual Staging , 3D & Virtual Tours are the answer to our current situation.
On the date of publish, the Bay Area is allowing homes to be shown to pre-approved buyers, with their Realtors and signed entry forms outlining our Covid precautions.
