Needless to say when our Shelter in Place hit in March – a lot of Real Estate clients were in shock – lives were changed, lives were placed on hold. Then we saw opportunity! Our sellers wanted to buy their forever home and we wanted to make sure it happened. With Covid changing the way we operate – we found ourselves learning the new norm. With Virtual Staging and 3D tours – we were able to list our client’s townhome and get this – sell it in 24 hours!
This is not typical – though it can happen. Right after showing the home, the buyers agents called – they loved the home and were going to write on a different property that had a due date – but wanted to know if we’d look at their offer before hand – so if they lost out on us they could try the next one. Well, with hard working buyer’s Realtor and well equipped clients – we got the offer we wanted within hours of the buyers seeing the home.
Our clients were more than happy to accept their offer and start their house hunt. We’re happy to say we got it done – and they got their forever home too!
