Virtual Staging & Tours has taken Selling Real Estate during the time of Covid to a whole new level. With concerns over cleaning and surfaces, Virtual Staging allows a Buyer to get an idea of how a room could look, while also seeing the original space – all from the comfort of their home. It minimizes exposure and though that WOW factor is lost when you walk in; safety is so much more important.
The next tool in The Caton Team Virtual Tool Belt is the Virtual Tour and my favorite – the 3D Tour. Virtual Tours were already common practice prior to Covid, but the 3D is fast making itself indispensable. They say pictures are worth a thousand words – Here is an example of our 3D Tour of – Belmont Ave, San Carlos Ca.
To be frank, vacant homes are the easiest and safety route to sell and many stagers are still staging vacant properties with precautions. However, don’t fret – if you need to stay at home – owner occupied homes are also on the market – and Virtual Staging & Tours is the answer to our current situation.  On the date of publish, the Bay Area is allowing homes to be shown to pre-approved buyers, with their Realtors and signed entry forms outlining our Covid precautions. Open Houses are no longer allowed, but the online Virtual Tour is filling that void. Check out our Facebook Tour of Hudson St in Redwood City, Ca.
