The best part of being a Realtor – is working with my friends. Anthony and I go way back to our banker/college days. When the time came for his wife J’Risha and he to buy their first home, I was honored when they called me.
We had some quick thinking to do. We had a budget, the needs and want list, and a really good opportunity in a new development. The Caton Team had our work cut out for us. Thankfully we were well vested in the East Bay market having just found a wonderful townhome for our clients. Knowing what Anthony and J’Risha wanted and needed – we crunched the data and sent over the numbers. Pandemic, builder shortages, deadlines, missed deadlines, appraisals, inspections, and re-inspection – finally, the day came where these two friends turned into California Home Owners.
