In addition to the 5 star ratings for market expertise (regularly checking comps to adjust as needed), responsiveness (++), negotiation skills (handling 6 competing offers), and professionalism (all the way), Sabrina was fabulous at helping us the seller prepare the house. While initially we thought it was almost “market ready” as we made repairs we realized there was something of a domino effect going on and that more repairs and improvements would definitely help the sale. She was like a fine project manager handling many small details while all the while keeping focused on the big picture. I really am very grateful indeed and highly recommend!
