I like to look at November since it is the start of the Winter Season. Most markets slow down over the holidays and you can see it wane in the condo/townhome market. Home prices dipped slightly – because it rained (lol) – but it is true, our weather does impact our buying season. Only the truly motivated house hunt in the winter.
