Pending in 24 Hours.  The Caton Team feels so blessed to have achieved our clients goal – after months of waiting for the Shelter in Place to shift.  We had to change our strategy – but adapting to the situation is what Susan and Sabrina – The Caton Team – do best.

With Virtual Tools, fantastic friends/clients working together – 815 Columbia Circle shined the moment we went on the market.  Coupled with this amazing Bay Area Real Estate Market and matched by a very hard working Buyer’s Agent Jimmy and his seriously well prepared buyers – four hours after seeing our wonderful townhome we had an amazing offer in hand with all disclosures signed.  Just as The Caton Team does for our buyers.  By 10 pm that night our thrilled clients accepted the offer they had hoped for – just 24 hours after going LIVE.  After a multitude of showings all day it was so wonderful to know that by that night – we made both buyer and seller very happy.  THIS!!!! is why I love being a Realtor.
